Who we are

XGrowth ("we", "us") provides Claude AI and HubSpot consultancy services. For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. What we collect and why

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run our business:

• When you contact us or request the audit or playbook: your name, company, email, phone number, the service you are interested in, your message, and your AI Growth Audit answers and score. We use this to reply to you, provide what you asked for, and follow up about our services.
• When you browse the site: anonymous and pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed and general location, collected through cookies once you accept them (see below).

Our lawful bases are your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.

Cookies

We do not set analytics or marketing cookies until you choose "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you accept, we load HubSpot's tracking, which sets cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to attribute enquiries to their journey. If you decline, these cookies are not set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will show the banner again.

Tools we use

We use HubSpot (our CRM and marketing platform) to store and manage enquiries, and Google Workspace for email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@xtremegrowth.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
